My partner, Gwenn, and I have been together for twenty years. For the entire length of that time, I have been HIV positive and she has been HIV negative. We’ve educated together about how HIV is and isn’t transmitted and we both believe that everyone should know their HIV status.
Every year, June 27 is National HIV Testing Day. In observation of this and as part of the #DoingItMyWay campaign, we decided to record Gwenn as she gets lunch, coffee and a home HIV testing kit. See what happens in the video below, and go here to find a testing location near you.
