		<description>That’s a great idea! It’s always nice to be able to look at things on paper to figure out what’s going on. Maybe it could help your overall health if you were able to get a better feel for some of the external factors present when you aren’t feeling well. 

It seems like there are many unexpected  benefits to be derived from this type of life tracking too. I read a great story last year about how Senator Bob Graham successfully disputed claims leveled against him by the CIA that both he and Nancy Pelosi attended four meetings in which the use of waterboarding during the Bush administration was discussed because of a detailed log he kept about his daily events. Go figure.
